Enrollment Instructions
Log into your Isagenix Back Office and select the ENROLL NEW MEMBER from the "Team drop down menu at the top of the page.
Country of Residence: Make sure the correct country is displayed in top right corner next to "DELIVERING TO" then begin the order.
For "Today's Order": Select a pack or system and follow the customization steps using the "edit" option on the right side of the page and select "Add to cart" at bottom right corner. If you need to add additional products like collagen or coffee, choose "Continue Shopping'. When you are done adding all the product for their first order, select "Checkout".
Setup Subscription Rewards: This option is already highlighted in blue in the left side box. Scroll down and choose "SET UP SUBSCRIPTION ORDER". DO NOT CHOOSE the "Copy order to subscription" option! To save time, add the "Healthy Lifestyle" pack or choose other products that TOTAL over 100 BV so their next order is a qualifying order. This ensures they receive FREE shipping on their first order. Once products are added and the subscription order is over 100 BV, select "Add to Cart" and then "View Subscription Order".
Schedule Subscription Rewards: Click the calendar icon and manually change the date to 28 days and then change the frequncy to every 28 days. Check the BV total and if it is over 100, click "Continue Sign Up".
Customer Information: Enter all of the personal information and create the Username (use their lastnamefirstname lowercase, no spaces), set password to Isagenix-_ _ _ _ (using the last 4 digits of their phone number). Check the Consent boxes and click 'Continue".
Review Shipping: Make sure the Shipping is FREE if possible and make sure the box is checked for "save my account address" and for Subscription order.
Payment: Click "Add New Credit Card" and fill in the billing information and select "Save" and the "Continue".
Placement: The system automatically alternates your enrollments. If you want to choose their placement, select edit or check with your sponsor for the best strategy.
Summary: Double Check all information and press PLACE ORDER.
